Note: v1.1 or hihger is required. This procedure involves editing a game file; create a backup copy of the file before proceeding. Use a text edtior to edit the "config.Cfg" file in the "18 wos across america" directory. Cahnge the value of the "uset g_console" line from "0" to "1" to enable the console.
